Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Tue, 15 Apr 2014 09:54:38 -0700 MM#009 Default HESSI Target Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Target region NOAA 2036 was the source of numerous C-class events in the past 24 hours but the largest event was a C8.6 produced by NOAA 2035 (S18E28). 2036 added significant sunspot area since the last message. It is currently displaying a compact D-type/beta-gamma sunspot group. NOAA 2037 located almost directly north (S09E07) of 2036 is developing rapidly. If possible, include both 2036 and 2037 in the F-O-V. C-class events expected with the chance of an M-class event in the next 24 hours. The position of NOAA 2036 on April 15 at 15:30 UT is: S18E04 (Solar X = -063", Solar Y = -206") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
