Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Tue, 8 Apr 2014 11:22:40 -0700 MM#009 Default HESSI Target Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar flare activity continues at a very low level. NOAA 2026 was the source of only minor C-class events. 2026 has stabilized and is no longer in growth phase. It is maintaining an E-type sunspot group with a weak beta-gamma magnetic configuration. No significant flare activity expected in the next 24 hour period. The position of NOAA 2026 on April 08 at 17:00 UT is: S12W41 (Solar X = 616", Solar Y = -123") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
