Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The current level of solar activity is moderate. The largest event since yesterday's message was a M1.1 flare released by a new region over the East limb on 23-Feb-2014 at 06:10 UT. At this time the magnetic configuration of the new region cannot be determined. Yesterday's target (NOAA 11982) has not produced further significant activity since the previous message, but continues to emerge flux in its following portion. Chromospheric brightenings are are being released at the strong polarity separation line adjacent to the large following spot. Low C-class activity is expected with the chance for a moderate C-class event.

The position of NOAA 11982 on 23-Feb-2014 at 17:45 UT is: S10W05, ( 81", -49" )
