Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The current level of solar activity is low. Since yesterday's message, low C-class activity was produced by regions over both the East and West limbs. Yesterday's target region (NOAA 11982) was not responsible for further significant events, but now shows signs of flux emergence in its North-East portion. Instruments with a limited FOV should focus on the newly emerging flux, ~5 degrees North of the main polarity separation line within NOAA 11982. Low C-class activity is expected with a chance for a moderate C-class event.

The position of NOAA 11982 on 21-Feb-2014 at 18:45 UT is: S11E22, ( -353", -75" )
