Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The current level of solar activity is moderate. The largest event since the previous message was a M3.0 flare, released by NOAA 11976 on 20-Feb-2014 at 07:56. The region is currently decaying, and does not exhibit a complex magnetic configuration. On the other hand, yesterday's target (NOAA 11982) was responsible for a series of moderate C-class events. Continued flux emergence and rapidly moving emerging spots are evident within its intermediate portion. For instruments with limited FOV, the main flare site appears to be centered on the large leading spot within NOAA 11982. If possible, both NOAA 11982 and NOAA 11981 should be included in the FOV. Further moderate C-class activity is expected with a chance for a high C-class flare.

The position of NOAA 11982 on 20-Feb-2014 at 17:45 UT is: S11E34, ( -537", -88" )
