The region is now classified as having a beta-gamma/E-type magnetic configuration. Further intermediate level activity is expected.

The position of NOAA 11967 on 29-Jan-2014 at 08:35 UT is:

S12E62, ( -842", -156" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
