Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a low level since the last message. The largest event in the period was a C7.2 at 05:32 UT on May 18 from NOAA 13679 (S08W07, beta-gamma/E-type). The target region NOAA 13685 only produced two C4 flares. It has been designated as a beta-gamma/E-type configuration with an increase in the sunspot area. This region is emerging magnetic flux in its leading portion. We will continue the Major Flare Watch campaign today. C-class activities are expected with a chance of a major (>M5) flare in the next 24-48 hours.
