MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 1944 has almost completed west limb passage. 1944 was the source of an impulsive M1.3 event at 01/13/21:51 UT. Another M-class event is possible within the next 24 hour period.

The position of NOAA 1944 on January 14 at 12:30 UT is: S10W90 (Solar X = 960", Solar Y = -168")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
