Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has slightly diminished since the last message. The target region NOAA 13697 remains classified as a beta-gamma-delta configuration, with an increase in sunspot area and number of spots. This region continued as the most flare-productive region on disk, being the source of four low M-class flares plus more than ten C-class flares, while the largest magnitude flare was an M4.8 at 13:58 UT today from NOAA 13695 (N27W42, beta/C-type). The Major Flare Watch will continue with NOAA 13697 as the target region due to its magnetic complexity, ongoing flux emergence, and prior flaring history. Additional M-class flares are expected from these two regions, with a chance for major (>M5) flares in the next 24-48 hours.
