Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA regions 11401 and 11402 appear to be in decay phase, showing some fragmentation with decreasing area and number of spots. Both regions are classed as beta sunspot groups, producing low C-class activity since yesterday's message. The primary target changes to NOAA 11402, due to NOAA 11401 decreasing in complexity. Observers are once again encouraged to include the trailing spots of 11401 in the field-of-view if at all possible. Further C-class activity is expected, with a chance for another M-class event in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 11402 on 21-Jan-2012 at 12:00 UT is:

N28W03, ( 51", 534" )
