MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 1324 was the source of a C1.2 event at 10/26/10:01 UT. 1324 has experienced significant decay but still could produce another C-class event. The target will switch to the large sunspot in the northeast (NOAA 1330). 1330 has developed a few new small sunspots in the past 24 hours. C-class events possible with a very slight chance of an isolated M-class event.

The position of NOAA 1330 on October 26 at 15:45 UT is: N08E22 (Solar X = -359", Solar Y = 057")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
