Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Thu, 10 Apr 2008 11:16:22 -0400 (EDT)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The visible solar disk continues to be extremely quiescent. The tiny filament located adjacent to the tiny target plage became active and erupted yesterday. The plage decayed rapidly after the filament eruption. The new target is another recently emerged tiny flux region. No significant solar activity expected today.

The position of the target on April 10 at 08:15 UT: S20W10 (Solar X = 157", Solar Y = -235")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
